Diligent Maintenance Services was founded by James D. Washington in Detroit, MI. Diligent Maintenance has been in business since 2009.
Diligent Maintenance Services exists to provide conventional and “Green” cleaning alternatives to commercial and residential clients, which reduces any adverse impact on the environment and provides safe cleaning options.
Diligent Maintenance Services specializes in cleaning corners, door jams, and floor panels that collect harmful dirt and germs that may not necessarily be visible to our clients.
The goal of Diligent Maintenance is to provide premium quality cleaning services to commercial and residential customers to:
1. Improve the health of clients by removing dirt and germs
2. Eliminate germs and contaminates customers may not see
3. Disinfect common areas where germs reside
4. Reduce cross contamination
